Set your specific nutrition goals for calories, macros (protein, fat, carbohydrates), vitamins and minerals, or choose from FDA Recommended Daily Intake (RDI).
Log food: Easy-to-use tools make food, recipe and meal tracking simple.
Search foods: Lookup foods by name, brands or scan barcodes from a database of hundreds of thousands of foods, or add your own.
Custom Nutrition Goals: Set up daily goals for calories, vitamins and minerals, or use FDAs recommended values. See nutrient consumption and percentage breakdowns per day.
